- Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Rikudou Sennin, with the Rin`negan changing into the Sharingan in his first son. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.
The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.
The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.
Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.
Mangekyou sharingan
Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Mangekyou Sharingan is a legendary doujutsu ability which has only emerged in a few clan members in its history. There is still mystery surrounding the eye and the Uchiha clan itself. Each user develops their own unique looking Mangekyou. The requirements for gaining the Mangekyou are very controversial in nature. After Uchiha Itachi murdered his best friend Shisui he gained Mangekyou. He told his younger brother Sasuke that to gain the Mangekyou, he too would have to kill his closest friend. Itachi told Sasuke that a scroll in their clan shrine revealed the true original purpose of the clan doujutsu. This scroll and Itachi himself revealed that the former leader of their clan, Uchiha Madara and his younger brother Izuna were the first to obtain Mangekyou. Madara himself did this by killing his friend, it's assumed Izuna also killed a close comrade.
Usage of the Mangekyou techniques drains quite a bit of a user’s chakra, more so than any other normal technique. Also as a result of Mangekyou usage, the bearer will slowly lose their vision. Madara lost his vision before his brother and sought to regain his power. To do so he removed Izuna's eyes and made them his own. With these new eyes, his Mangekyou took on a combined appearance of his original Mangekyou and Izuna's. These "Eternal" Mangekyou eyes returned his vision and gave him unbelievable strength. With this strength it was said Madara used Sharingan's normal ability to supress the Kyuubi and tame it.
Itachi originally told Sasuke that if he gained the Mangekyou, then there would be three people who could handle it. After the time skip in the series, Hatake Kakashi revealed he too had gained Mangekyou Sharingan. Later it was revealed that Uchiha Madara himself was still alive, and was the "third" user in Itachi's statement. What part, if any, that Kakashi and Uchiha Obito's eye plays has yet to be determined.
Itachi's three named Mangekyou techniques are Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Susanoo, all mythological deities. Kakashi's Mangekyou technique is named Kamui.

It is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form to create a powerful black fire which can burn through most anything. As it has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. The fire is also regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks.
The Tsukuyomi or God of the Moon technique is generated by the left Mangekyou eye. It is a Genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form to initiate a mentally and physically harmful illusion. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The spell takes place in the mind of the one affected, while the jutsu is cast the one it was cast upon is at the total mercy of the Uchiha clan member. The clan member has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of pain. It is said only a natural born member of the Uchiha Clan can defeat it, this may mean either an Uchiha also holding the Mangekyou or one fully skilled in the three tomoe Sharingan form.
The Susanoo or God of the Sea and Storms technique is generated by both Mangekyou eyes. It is a technique which uses the Mangekyou form to create a sword wielding specter which will surround the user. This specter wields a shield for defense and a blade known as the Totsuka Sword. Anyone or anything cut by the blade will be sealed away into a Genjutsu of blissful oblivion until the end of time.
The Kamui or God's Majesty technique is used by Hatake Kakashi. With this technique, Kakashi forms a handseal to activate the Sharingan in his left eye and change it into his Mangekyou form. Kakashi then focuses on a point on the body of his target. The area around the target will then begin to warp and collapse in on itself, resulting in that area being quickly "sucked" out of existence and transported to another location.

Though it is regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks, usage of the ability will degrade the eye further and lead the user to blindness.

Tsukuyomi, named for the God of the Moon, is a Genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to generate a powerful illusion. This jutsu is generated by the left Mangekyou eye. This highly advanced technique can not be used extensively because of the toll it places on the user. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The illusion takes place in the mind of the one affected, while under the jutsu the victim is at the total mercy of the user. The user has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of torture.
It is said only a natural born member of the Uchiha Clan can overcome the illusion. To counter the technique, however, Mangekyou is not required. A highly trained normal Sharingan user can break the illusion, causing the Mangekyou user to experience additional weakness from using it.

Susanoo
Susanoo, named for the God of the Sea and Storms, is a technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a sword wielding spectral form which will surround the user. This jutsu is generated by both Mangekyou eyes. Susanoo will first form around the user as a skeleton. This skeletal form will then generate muscle and armor for battle and wield both a sword and shield.
The sword is formed out of the sake in the gourd it holds, meaning the sword has no true physical form. This legendary weapon, known as Totsuka's Sword and the Sakegari (Sake Cutting) Long Sword, utilizes the main ability of the jutsu. Anyone or anything cut by the blade will be sealed away into a Genjutsu of blissful oblivion until the end of time. It is said the sword is thus the ultimate counter to Orochimaru's Kusanagi Sword. The shield is known as Yata's Mirror. It is said this shield can defend against any attack. Together the sword and shield will make the Susanoo user nearly invincible. Like other Mangekyou techniques, usage of Susanoo will damages the eyes and health of the user.

per battle these techniques may be used once
Tsukuyomi will always hit and affect both user and target the same way, user; chakra loss. target; unbreakable genjutsu this techniuqe is to be used as a supplement for shock images or story telling but can not hurt the target outside of shock in which case it will not be godmodding an autohit
Amaterasu. this is not your ultimate shield it will only be used once and will last two posts with a heavy chakra drain.
Susan'oo will last two of the users post at most with extreme chakra drain and can block most attacks. the sword is just that though a sword, made of metal, nothing more
as well as these there is kamui. this can be used twice in battle with five post cooldown. it cannot be used like kakashi's to remove bodyparts because this is your shield. this acts as a small black hole capable of engulfing attacks, lightning excluded.
i am giving the uchiha clan sasuke's chidori and kirin attacks due to the fact that the three uchiha members will be his descendants.
along with your mangekyou techniques you may develope two other mangekyou techs unique to your eyeno other changes may be made to this and nothing can be taken awayso use it wisely.

- Shadow looked up at dark with a less than enthusiastic face plastered across his visage. "Are you real?" he asked not caring for the response. He had hallucinations before why should this one be any difference. "If you are real you will forgive me for not believing you. The last real person I saw was a miserable excuse for a man and I suspect in such a place you would be no different." Shadow said beginning to break out in a cold sweat.
With his eyes beginning to roll back into his head his life began flashing before his eyes. "I think if you will indulge me, I will tell you of my life." he said closing his eyes and activating his Mangekyou Sharingan. "Tsukyomi." he muttered catching dark's gaze and initiating the genjutsu. "My tale begins as a child." he said trailing off as the scenery flashed.
A scene flashed in front of them to a building with two children sitting on the floor playing. A women walked in and grabbed them by their arms and pulled them away saying "You cannot be here right now." As the scene flashed it revealed Shadow on his own witnessing his uncle stab his father through the back with his sword. "My father . . . was murdered by his brother in the Uchiha tradition . . ." Shadow's ethereal voice drifted in pre-echoing itself as the scenery flickered again.
The scenery shifted leaving Dark in Konoha with Zetsumei in a room underground. Zetsumei turned to two young men each with their own Mangekyou Sharingan gleaming in their eyes. As he explained everything to the young men Shadow himself looked over and caught Dark's sight and stood up leaving a mirage of himself behind his stead. Walking over to Dark he looked him deeply in the eyes noticing something. "Rin`negan user . . . " he muttered as the scenery shifted once more.
This time the scene was outside and two men deeply engaged in combat with each other. Shadow and his brother were going at it ferociously. "You know nothing of my pain do you? You who were born with the power of a god and stand alone. The Almighty Pein." he continued sounding incredulous and frustrated. As he chastised Dark his battle continued to it's climax. Shadow had his brother pinned to the ground before pulling a jar out. "My pain," he said in a quiet voice clenching his fists so tightly his knuckles began to turn white "was killing my brother for power. Killing him for his eyes . . . then plucking them from his head with my bare hands." he explained his voice cracking as he spoke.
The scenery flipped again revealing an operating table. As the scene played out Shadow walked in and laid down on the table. Zetsumei walked in shortly thereafter with jar in hand. Setting it down he pulled a scalp out and murmured something indistinctly. He waited for Shadow to nod before he began cutting into the area around Shadow's very much awake face. Screaming in pain the procedure continued with Shadow standing next to Zetsumei and watching his every move. "The pain was outweighed by the promise of power but such is life." he said leaning over dark's shoulder.
The scenery faded to a few weeks later with Shadow still on that table with bandages over his eyes. Zetsumei walked in and removed the bandages and Shadow blinked painfully in the blinding light. His eyes seeming to glow blood red with both his and his brothers Mangekyou Sharingan patterns gleaming on their surface. A few weeks later in the vision Shadow was being chased from his village. With only the clothes he had on currently on his back and a small sack of food he stumbled away from the village.
"Now you know my story. Let us review you shall we." he said calmly as the scenery changed once more to reveal Konoha years ago. The village seemed peaceful from the ground level but from above it was plain to see it was in chaos. "Your doing, or should I say your predecessor's doing." he said pointing down at the village. as he spoke a single figure leapt up above the village ten feet in front of them. It was Pein's Deva path Yahiko. Yahiko strained for a few seconds before releasing an enormous amount of chakra. As it hit the village the ground bubbled away from Yahiko and it spread to within a hundred feet from the village's outer wall.
"Your only redeeming characteristic is that you house both good and evil within you. You who have the power to control, life and death, push and pull, you are the one deciding factor in the world." the scenery below flashed and a giant figure rose from the center of the village. Once it reached full height it's mouth opened releasing hundreds of souls back to their bodies. With his energy nearing its limit the scene flickered back to the present situation.
Releasing Dark from the technique he spoke once more, "You may do with me as you like. I can be a strong Ally or in your case a strong path." he said whole heartedly expecting to be put out of his misery. Glancing up he saw the malice building in Dark's eyes. Finally release would be given to his wretched existance, or so he thought.

- Shunsui sighed as Dark growled at him. he had the makings of a rabid dog and a temper to match. "Relax." he said softly. "And i'll be out of your way in no time. but first, how about a chat. "It would be a bit impolite to kill a relative without talking for a bit first right?" Shunsui bit his thumb and drew the usual eight point eternal star. his eyes turned purple and once more a ripple crossed them as Shuuhei's Rin`negan became active once more. "We are relatives you know? Cousins in fact." Shunsui's eyes narrowed on dark.
"I've been as supportive as i can of you dark. But... Konan if you will recall decided to leave Akatsuki. and likewise Nagato did. Your grandparents didn't want that for us. So I'll come to the point of why I am here now." Shunsui flickered up to dark being literally chest to chest with him and his head leaned slightly over dark's shoulder. "You will leave Akatsuki. If you don't...I will kill you." Shunsui caught Dark's eyes and initiated a genjutsu. (auto-hit for story) His eye's teared with a mixture of blood and tears as the physical aspect of the genjutsu hit him full force with the possibility that he would have to kill Dark, or at least make an attempt.
The scenery about the disappeared to be replaced with white. "Bear with me...if you still feel the need to kill me after this feel free. but know that my task is simply to keep your attention while Shuuhei clues my successor in." Shunsui's tone was somber and distressed. Dark was going to kill him simply for placing the genjutsu on him if not for breathing that close to him. "You need to know what Nagato can't explain." the scenery around them flickered to the mansion nearly 600 years before their current time. "You need to learn the whole story." Shunsui stated stepping back from dark in the whiteness.
a small house in the distance rushed forward and grew to be a mansion. the doors flung open and three men walked out of the mansion followed by a small girl. the man in the middle of the pack bore the rin`negan and instantly his features became visible. his hair was black and spiky and his face soft and peaceful on the surface. Shunsui spoke to dark in the midst of this. "Uchiha and senju are both degraded blood of our line. The Rin`negan's offspring were a clan with fierce chakra and eyes that it's said could have put Kyuubi himself into his place." the boy on Shuuhei's left opened his eyes revealing the sharingan.
Shuuhei's voice issued from the Rin`negan wielder and thundered through the area "Daisuke." he shouted. The Uchiha nodded and took off running and gripping a sword. in one fell swoop he swung the sword leveling a good sized area of trees before leaping over their falling trunks. Daisuke followed through blowing a huge fireball and burning it to a crisp. he landed amidst the burning husks shadowed in a fiery chakra. Behind him now Shuuhei muttered a name, "Kiyoshi..." The young man standing next to him now leaped and formed several handseals before a torrential rain came over the area dousing the flames and his brother.
Daisuke turned to his brother and growled. "Dammit Kiyoshi can't ya see i was trying to look cool here!?" Shuuhei smirked and the rain stopped as Kiyoshi landed. "Maybe if you were actually cool you wouldn't hafta work so hard huh?" Kiyoshi sounded peaceful and a bit laid back as he spoke. he smiled flicking his dark black hair back while it was wet. He turned back to his father and the small girl behind him. "Yusa-chan daijobou?" Kiyoshi smiled glancing around Shuuhei as his younger sister smiled at him. She nodded and Shunsui spoke to dark again. "You're Yusa's line's newest member. Would she have wanted this for you? this bloodthirsty nature?"
Shuuhei materialized next to Shunsui in the genjutsu. "Dark..." he muttered catching Dark's eyes with his own. "You're ancestors," He stated. "Daisuke, you're Uchiha ancestor. he would go on to form the great Uchiha clan. My decision only afirmed his hatred for his brother. and Kiyoshi, the Senju leader. He was the Man to whom i entrusted all of my dreams. His thought was that love and understanding would lead to true peace. He was the idealistic choice for my successor. However that choice would turn my sons against each other." Shuuhei walked around the scene which had paused for his explanation. his palm settled on the youngest of the three, Yusa. Shuuhei smiled nostalgically. "Yusa was my daughter. Shortly after this day she would be asked to marry the leader of a clan in what would become Amegakure. She would go on to create the line which made my first prodigy. Nagato."
Shuuhei walked up to Dark and placed his palm on Dark's shoulder. "Your chakra feels the same as hers." he said below his breah. "It's hard to believe that centuries after the fact you would have that same chakra" Shuuhei looked to Shunsui then to dark. "Shunsui..." Shunsui who had been standing idley by nodded and Shuuhei dematerialized. Shunsui watched dark's expressions blankly. he held up his right hand. A small silvery glint on it could be seen. "You may not have realized it yet but i have been pulling the strings behind your back. The Order of The White Lotus has been reformed against you. So go ahead, Kill me, just know that when the next Dark lotus is ready..."
Shunsui paused as the Rin`negan faded from his eyes again. The scenery around them faded back to what it was beforehand. "Your hand will be forced." Shunsui's arms fell to his sides and he sighed heavily before looking at dark his sapphire eyes shimmering in the dark gloomy nature of the rain around him. in the distance a light thunder could be heard almost as if the gods themselves were watching the scenes of the world play out. Shunsui looked up into the rain and wondered if today would be his last to walk this excuse for a planet he was forced to call home.

so we will call the top left dot the Dark blue colored gem and work from there we will work with the gems in this order
Gem: Dark Blue
Ability: Amplifies Water Ninjutsu and can free form water from user's chakra
Place on body: Forehead (Third Eye Chakra)

Place on body: Spine on T1 Vertebrae (Wings last one post with two cooldown can be used three times in battle and Indefinitely in conversation, can also block basic Taijutsu)

Ability: fire manipulation (can absorb small scale fire attacks and use them for other fire based attacks. can also collect ambient heat for use in small fire blasts

Gem: Emerald
Ability: Earth Manipulation (Increases earth ninjutsu's powers)
Place on body: Left hand, palm
Gem:Diamond
Ability: Wind chakra (Minor wind element chakra is aquired through running chakra through it. can be used to charge weapons)
Place on body: C4 vertebrae
Gem: Topaz
Ability: Ambient chakra collection and integration (when elemental ninjutsu is used excess chakra is used to stabilize them and is left in the air. this gem can gather it and integrate it into the users systems)
Place on body: Chest, over the sternum and heart
(These have been created for Shadow but if he dies can be taken out and used by some one of the uchiha or senju lines tracing back to Rikudou sennin line (dark this means you) after being removed from his body)
